How long does the GMAT last?
The GMAT exam consists of 4 sections with a total duration of 3h30.
- Analytical Writing Assessment: 30 minutes. This involves writing a short essay to evaluate your ability to argue and communicate your ideas in writing.
- Integrated Reasoning: 30 minutes for 12 questions. This section measures your ability to reason logically with multiple sources, interpret graphs, and analyze tables.
- Verbal Section: 75 minutes for 41 questions. This assesses your ability to read, understand a text, correct it, and provide your own arguments.
- Quantitative Section: 75 minutes for 37 questions. It evaluates your ability to analyze data and draw conclusions using basic math skills.
