Tips to succeed in the TEF IRN
Your performance depends above all on your preparation: getting familiar with the exam format and training regularly helps you absorb the instructions, gain confidence and maximise your score.
For reading comprehension and the vocabulary-structure section, vary your reading (press, recipes, literature) to improve your reading speed and broaden your vocabulary.
For listening comprehension, expose yourself regularly to French-language audio content (podcasts, videos, radio programmes).
On the day, take time to absorb the instructions: all the tests must take place on a single day. Take advantage of our free videos and our official mock exams.
