Reimbursement, absence and withdrawal

If something unexpected happens and you can no longer or no longer want to take the test, the conditions to be aware of are as follows:

  • The FNEGE (the organization that organizes the test) does not normally issue refunds. You must therefore be sure that you want to take the test when you register. If you registered for a date that no longer suits you, You can choose a new date, as long as you do so no later than 15 days before the first chosen date .
  • Force majeure: This is the only case in which the FNEGE can issue a refund. To do so, you must send your request by mail to the FNEGE center, explaining the reason for your absence. However, a simple medical reason is often not accepted; the reason must be serious.
  • Failure to attend the exams does not result in any penalty for the candidate, except that they will lose their registration fees.

The TAGE MAGE is a test that requires rigor and thorough preparation. While a first attempt can always be instructive, it's always best to have practiced thoroughly before registering. The FNEGE is one of our official partners: We offer recognized and effective teaching that has proven to be decisive for many people we have helped prepare for the TAGE MAGE.
