How is the TAGE MAGE score calculated?
The TAGE MAGE ( What is the TAGE MAGE? ) is not an exam that awards a diploma or certification. It gives the candidate a score. This score can be more or less good and proves to be decisive in successfully entering the school of your choice ( What score on the TAGE MAGE for which school? ).

Test scoring
Each of the six sub-parts of the test has 15 questions. There will therefore be a total of 90 questions.
5 answers are offered for each question:
only one answer is correct;
a correct answer earns points;
no answer or an incorrect answer does not deduct points.
Final score
The final score of the TAGE MAGE ranges from 0 to 600 points.
Each of the 3 areas (each area comprising 2 sub-tests) is marked out of 120 points:

To obtain a score out of 600 points, you must:
- Divide each score obtained by 2.
- Average the scores that have been divided by 2.
- Multiply this average by 10.
Example :
- You get the following scores:
- 60 points out of 120 in the “Verbal Skills” area, or 30 points out of 60.
- 80 points out of 120 in the “Problem Solving” area, or 40 points out of 60.
- 70 points out of 120 in the “Logical Reasoning” area, or 35 points out of 60.
- The average of the 3 scores out of 60 is equal to 35 points.
- Final score: 35 x 10 = 350 points out of 600 points.
