The B2 First rating

The B2 First exam is very simple to grade. The test is divided into four parts (Listening, Reading and Use of English, Writing, and Speaking).

Preparation for B2 First

You receive one mark per section, except for the Reading and Use of English section, where two marks are given (one for the Reading section and one for the Use of English section). A total of five marks ranging from 122 to 190 are therefore awarded for this exam.

To get your final grade, simply average these 5 grades.

Please note, if your score is below 140 , you will not obtain a certificate, you will have failed B2 First.
