01

What is the DFP Affaires?

The DFP Affaires is a version of the Diplôme de Français Professionnel (DFP), established in 1958. It is aimed at non-French speakers over 16 who wish to certify their ability to use French in a professional environment.

It concerns students and professionals working in French in administrative, commercial or international contexts, as well as roles in communication, marketing, HR and trade (consultants, project managers, engineers, etc.).

Issued by the CCI Paris Île-de-France and aligned with the CEFR (A1 to C1), it is a level exam: you choose the target level at registration. Once obtained, the DFP Affaires is valid for life.

03

The DFP Affaires tests

The DFP Affaires comprises two compulsory sections based on concrete professional situations. The number of activities and their complexity vary depending on the level chosen (A1 to C1).
